- NA PRON: AX2F0062AX, NSN: 1560-01-252-0366, PN: 70219-42430-047, Quantity: 50 each min./ 850 each max, this will be five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberl and, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 50 each 405 DACA, first article test report due 258 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 50 each 270 DACA. This is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The closing date annotate d is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, a nd there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to co mpete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be proce ssed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior ap proval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
