- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are bein g requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Solicitation No. DAAD19-02-T-0004. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19 (Jul. 01). This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns, utilizing the Size Standards referenced in FAR Part 19. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 443112 with a small business size standard of $6,00 0,000.00. The contractor is required to meet or exceed the requirements of a XEROX Document Center 340ST. The following performance standards are required: (1) 65 copies/minute, (2) 69?x28?x45?, (3) Weight of 538 lbs., (4) 20 AMP power source, 115V, 60 HZ, (5) LAN Connectivity, (6) Image Resolution: 600x600 dpi as a copier; 1800x1800 dpi as a printer, (7) Maxi mum Sheet Size = 12x18; Input Image = 11x17; Output Image = 12x18, (8) Digital Document Scanner, (9)Trayless Duplex (10) Four Paper Trays, (11) High Capacity Feeder, (12) Finisher, (13) Full Reduction and Enlargement, (14) Booklet Creation, (15) Touch Scre en Control Panel, (16) Convenience Stapler, (17) Job build, (18) Book Copying, (19) Electronic Auditron, (20) Embedded Web Server, (21) Secure Print, (22) Delay Print (23)Y2K Compliant, (24) EPA EnergyStar Approved.
