Description

NA This project involves the replacement of existing 5 air-cooled chillers, upgrading of make-up air systems at the high school, repairs to various equipment, providing spare pumps as required for a remote location, enclosing of existing penthouses, and a new lay-in ceiling and lighting. This project will be advertised UNRESTRICTED. SIC Code is 1711 (NAICS Code 235110). Small Business Size Standard is $12 Million. Estimated issue date is 21 Aug 02. Estimated proposal due date is 21 Sep 02. Estimated Con struction Cost Range is between $1,000,000 & $5,000,000. The plans and specifications will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Plans and specs will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendmen ts shall be made through 3.5? diskette, CD-ROM and/or the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation. It is therefore the contractor?s responsibility to check the foll owing address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
