- NA Solicitation is issued as a Sole Source to GeoEngineers Inc., of Redmond Washington, to provide Follow on services for: Project Planning and Design, Habitat rehabilitation, South Fork Nooksack River. The project requirements are for a river scientist that specializes in open channel hydraulics, sediment transports, geomorphology, hydrology, and endangered species consultation as well as restoration ecology. Provide river management techniques that reintroduce and maintain vital ecological funct6ions, and predict the stability of composite Large Woody Debris structures to characherize future scour pool development to these structions. The final design objective will be to emulate natural conditions found in undisturbed fluvial environments.
