- Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to construct improvements to the spring intake structure; construct a standpipe, valves and piping to connect the existing spring drain pipeline to the hatchery building suppl y pipeline; installation of a 30-inch drain pipeline; installation of a catch basin with an oil/water seperator; and installation of a new drain and from the hatchery building foundation drain to the new 30-inch drain; and related work at the Willard National Fish Hatchery near Cook, WA. Construction Cost Range between $100,000 and $200,000. This is a negotiated "best value" procurement.
