- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a court reporting agency for Regional Adivsory Council Meetings being held throughout the State of Alaska starting September 4, 2002, and ending October 11, 2002. Meeting locations to include: Barrow, Kotzebue, Nelson Lagoon, Naknek, Holy Cross, Hoonah, Cordova, Chevak, Beaver, and Nome. Requirements for all meetings are: 1) Recording equipment used with audio tapes to build transcripts. Audio tapes to be kept by and archived by Court Reporting agency; 2) Public address system to include microphones and speakers; 3) Original transcripts, single spaced, and a diskette of transcripts formatted with line numbers and page numbers to match hard copy within five working days of each meeting. Bid price per page of transcript should be inclusive of any and all expenses incurred by the vendor. Travel arrangements and charges are the responsibility of the vendor and should be a consideration when providing a per page price. See Numbered Note 1.
