- NA Subject: Long Term Monitoring Program For Birds on Forts Greely, Wainwright, and Richardson. Alaska The Department of Interior, US Fish and Wildlife Services, Region 7, Alaska, Migratory Birds Office has a requirement for the monitoring of landbirds on each of the three Army installations. This will be awarded as a Multi-Year project from date of award through approximately December 2004. To request a solicitation package, please fax your request to Kathleen Russell at (907) 786-3923. Solicitations will be issued on or about August 15, 2002. The due date for proposals will be approximately. September 15, 2002.
