Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for modification kits for the AN/USM-458C Countermeasures Test Set, and AN/ALR-67(V)2 Operational Test Program Set (OTPS). Negotiations are anticipated on a sole source basis with BAE Systems, 65 Spit Brook Road, Nashua, New Hampshire, 03061-0868; only known manufacturer. See FAR 6.302 and Numbered Note 22.
