- MECHANICAL WRENCH (P/N PD6501)The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, New Jersey has a requirement for Mechanical Wrench (P/N PD6501), quantity 1 each. The Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this hardware under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Power-Dyne, LLC, 2055 South Main Street, Middletown, CT, 06457-6151 is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to manufacture the hardware in the required time period. Firms that recognize and provide this hardware are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
