- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes to procure on a Sole Source basis Parasense Mdl 3304/8 Refrigerant Leak Monitors for the Installation of MACHALT 559 which replaces the Foxboro Miran Halocarbon Monitors that are currently used on all surface ships. This procurement is limited to Parasense, Inc. See Note 22.
