- NUWC Division Newport intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Lockheed Martin Corporation, Tactical Defense Systems, pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S. C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The BOA will cover issuance of priced and unpriced orders for services related to the TRIDENT DPS Program. The BOA term will be three year(s) from the date of award. This is a follow-on to NUWC BOA N66604-99-G-2431.
