- Description
- Requirements-type contract for serological and disease testing for blood donors for the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. Estimated quantity of panels per month is 650. Testing panel for each sample includes the following: ABO/ RH; HbsAg; Anti-HIV 1&2; NAT HIV/ HCV; Antibody Screen; Anti-HBc; Anti-HTLV 1&2; Syphilis; Anti-HCV; ALT. Confirmatory testing for: ABO/ Rh Discrepancies; Antibody Identification; Syphilis G EIA. Specimens testing Repeat Reactive for HIV, HCV, and HBsAg will have confirmation performed by a Dept. of the Navy contracted laboratory. Period of performance: base year plus four option years, begininning 01 October 2002. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small businesses.
