- Amendment 1 All companies planning to attend the on-site and pre-proposal meeting shall submit the names of attendees, their SS #?s and vehicle descriptions (Year, make, model, color and license plate #) to BINNIE BAUMGARTNER, (Phone: 410-293-2437, Fax: 410-293-5293) prior to 3:30 PM on August 9, 2002. We will meet in the blue lot side of the Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, Gate A at 9:00 AM and board a bus to go onto the Academy grounds. Directions to the stadium will be faxed upon request. The bus will depart the parking lot promptly at 9:10 AM. If you are late you will not be admitted to the Academy grounds.
