- NAICS Code: 511140 The U.S. EPA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Equipment Data Associates for a data set of Uniform Commercial Code filing records for nonroad equipment transactions in counties of Kansas and Missouri. The Government's minimum requirements for this database are as follows: 1) records of new and used equipment. 2) records of all transactions including sale, lease, rental, rental purchase, wholesale, refinance, and other including historic data for at least the past twelve years. 3) provided on diskette in Microsoft Excel. 4) including monthly updates free of charge for the remainder of calendar year 2002. The contractor shall provide detailed information on each equipment piece including manufacturer, model, and serial number in addition to information on the owners, including contact information and industrial category. Delivery shall be 10 business days after receipt of the Purchase Order. This procurement will be accomplished under FAR Part 12 Commercial Procedures. Interested firmsshould identify their capability to respond to the requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Sources wishing to be considered must submit documentation to the office identified above. Documentation must be submitted within 10 days of the date of publication of this notice.
