- STANDING PRICE QUOTE NOT TO EXCEED ONE YEAR GSA, FSS, Hardware SuperStore intends to establish a Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number (NSN) 5120-00-831-1053, Box Ratcheting Wrench. All offers are to be FOB Destination, with delivery in 60 days or less and a minimum order of no less that $50. The estimates stated in the Item Purchase Description are estimates, and estimates only, based on an average of the last three years demand. In addition to the standard clauses, the following clauses apply: 552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction, Hand or Measuring Tools (which states all items must be domestic made), D-FSS-475 Bar Coding, and 552.246-70 Source Inspection.
