Description: The Library of Congress has a requirement for contract support in the manufacture and delivery of 200 wooden book trucks. The book trucks are to be manufactured in accordance with Library of Congress Specifications (Wooden Book Trucks, LC Type One (1) - Three(3) flat shelves, hard maple), which are attached. The Delivery schedule is important, as book trucks are to be delivered between 45 and 60 days after award, to coincide with the opening of a new storage facility at Fort Meade, MD. Book Trucks are to be delivered to the Library's Landover, MD facility.
