- Description
- Amendment 03 to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the University-affiliated Spaceport Technology Development Contract (USTDC) procurement is being released to industry via the NAIS, USTDC, and the Federal Business Opportunities websites. The purpose of this amendment is to respond to a request for an extension to the proposal due date, update several contract clauses for currency, and update Section M.7 to reflect the correct adjectival ratings to be assigned to proposals for past performance. Revised RFP sections are provided as attachments to the amendment. Changed portions of the RFP are annotated with change marks as appropriate. The attachments to the SF-30 that constitute the complete Amendment 03 to RFP 10-01-0027 are: (1) RFP Sections A-J, revised and (2) Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award to Offerors, revised.
