- Anticipated Issue Date: 8/21/2002.;The Defense Commissary Agency has a requirement for linen and mat rental/cleaning exchange service at the Malmstrom AFB Commissary, Montana. The items to be acquired under this request for quotation (RFQ) include white butcher coats, white aprons, colored smocks and mats. Quantities of each item will be identified in the RFQ. The contractor shall be required to provide the items in a variety of sizes. The contractor shall be required to pick up from the commissary a minimum of once each week all soiled garments/mats and drop off clean replacement garments/mats at that time. The period of performance will be November 1, 2002 through October 31, 2003, and includes 4 one-year option periods. The NAICS code is 812331 and the business size standard is $12 million. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business. This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizops.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential Offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. Requests for paper copies must be in writing and be addressed to: Defense Commissary Agnecy, ATTN CICST Pamela Croll, 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, Virginia 23801-1800.
