- Description
- Maintenance on Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, parts, and other items and services necessary to perform Scheduled Preventive Maintenance and Unscheduled Service Calls and Repair on Government Owned Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and other miscellaneous equipment for the Bangor NSB, Bremerton PSNS, Smokey Point, and Whidbey Island Commissaries located in the state of Washington. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003, and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through September 30, 2007. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about August 19, 2002 with a tentative closing date of September 19, 2002. The anticipated award date will be September 27, 2002. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $6 million. This Request for Proposal will be available on www.fedbizops.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFP.
