- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Special Aerospace Security Services (SASSI)to provide production assistance, development, and presentation of a training video on the topic Responding to Workplace Violence in the Age of Rage. Ms. Deborah Collins of SASSI, based on her first hand experiences, will assist in the production and presentation of the video. The notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice MUST show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this procurement on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
