- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 334515 and the size standard for this requirement is 500 employees. Solicitation 2ME2F201is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is sole source to Tritek Solutions, Inc, 27042 Towne Center Dr, Foothill Ranch CA 92610. This requirement is for a Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) Test System consisting of the following components from SUSS MicroTec: P/Ns 115PM009, Prober Base Assembly; B00-100317 Platen Drive/Manual/PM5; B00-100337 Probehead Platen/Magnetic/PM5; B50-121818 Thermal Chuck Adaptation Kit/PM5; 610TC133 Thermal Chuck; B00-107874 Scope Mount; B00-112758 Microscope Adapter; 605MS194 Olympus SZ40 Stereozoom Microscope/Ring; 60505516 10X Eyepieces; B00-100328 PH120/50 TPI Body; B50-100561 Probe Arm/Coaxial/Single/PH10; B50-100592 Magnetic Base Adapter/PH120; 300AA646-01 Enclosure with base; 610CN304 Coaxial to Coaxial Feed-Thru; 600PR014/15 Probe Tips and 250AA708 Mini Vacuum Pump. Also incorporated into this system are Keithley Instrument part numbers: 4200-SCS/F Semiconductor Characterization System; 4200-SMU Medium Power SMU; 4200-PA Remote PreAmp Option; 4200-590 Analyzer; 4200-UL-LS-12 Switch Matrix; 4200-CART Roll around Housing; 4200HCI-4.2 Application Package; 40065 Wafer Toolkit; 40126 Model 9162 PAU Picoammeter; and 40070 KTE Recipe Manager and Version Control Software. The Tritek Solutions is to assemble and integrate these parts into a complete fully functional stand-alone system that will allow DMEA the capability to certify IAW MIL-PRF-3835E. Requirement includes installation and training. Items are FOB destination to McClellan, CA 95652-2100. Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. DPAS rating is C9. Offerors are due at 3:00PM on 23 Aug 2002. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to an award.
