- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Shasta-Trinity National Forest, in fulfillment of its timber, land use and resource management functions, requires a variety of professional services in the natural, environmental and technical sciences to meet legal requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), National Forest Preservation Act, Endangered Species Act (ESA) as well as others. This project involves work related to reports used in support of the decision-making NEPA process, data collection and analysis, natural resource studies, vegetation inventory and analysis, and monitoring. The resultant contract(s) will be indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity with a guaranteed minimum of $25,000 and a maximum of $110,000. Contract(s) will be awarded for a base year with two option years available. Proposers will be required to submit a technical as well as a price proposal which will be evaluated against the following criteria: (1) previous experience and past performance, (2) project personnel qualifications, (3) project management and (4) capacity for these or similar projects. Solicitation documents will be available for downloading from this website on or about March 22, 2002.
