- (i). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii). The proposed action is issued as a request for quotations under FQ234421680100. (iii). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. (iv). This solicitation is 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the work associated with this synopsis is 421830. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 100 employees. (v) CLIN 0001 York Water cooled centrifigal chillers, annual maintenance, 03 each. CLIN 0002 Cleaver Brooks Steam boiler, annual inspection, quantity is two each. CLIN 0003 Cleaver Brooks hot water boiler, annual inspection. Quantity is two each. CLIN 0004 Refrigeration media solution analysis, annual requirement. Quantity is one each. CLIN 0005, Monthly PM and maintenance on CRAC units. Quantity is 12 months. CLIN 0006, Provide emergency repair for chiller, boilers, and CRAC units. Quantity is 125 hours. CLIN 0007 Unscheduled repairs for chillers, boilers and CRAC units. Quantity is 100 hours. CLIN 0008, Repair and service parts for chillers, boilers and CRAC units. Quantity is one NTE.(vi) CLIN 0001 Water Cooled Centrifugal Chiller, Mfg: YORK 1000 Ton, Mdl: YKQ2Q2HICBASerial Nos.: YEAMSSIQ12, YEAM838053, YEAMS8I9I3 CLIN 0002 and CLIN 0003 Hot Water Boiler, Mfg: CLEAVER-BROOKS Serial Nos.: L90307, 0L098550 Steam Boiler, Mfg: CLEAVER-BROOKS Serial Nos.: L90308, 0L098551CLIN 0004 Refrigeration media solution analysis, annual requirement CLIN 0005 Air Conditioning, Free Standing Mfg: Compu-Air, Model 353 Serial Nos.: SY92-004-3997 through 8Y92-004-4005, 9 each. CLIN 0006 24 Hour emergency repair service for Chillers/Boilers/CRAC (parts not included) CLIN 0007 Unscheduled repair service for Chillers/Boilers/CRAC CLIN 0008 Repair and service parts for chillers boilers and CRAC units. (vii). Place of performance is Onizuka Air Station, Sunnyvale CA. Performance will begin upon receipt of contract. FOB is Destination. (viii) The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix). 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition with the evaluation factors of technical capabilities and price, which are weighed equally and price must be considered fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the low offeror. (x). The offeror is to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. (xi). The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii). The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xiii).
