- Description
- The Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs is seeking bids for the following HF-SSB Transceiver E-Mail Communications System (3 units) with Training, Installation Supervision and System Optimization in Colombia included. Copy of Request for Quotation may be obtained by FAX request to Mr. Albert W. Carpenter at 202-776-8775. Bids are due by COB on August 20, 2002. Motorola Model Numbers are provided as reference only, Bidders are free to offer equal items to fill this requirement. System consisting of or equal to the following: Item 1 - M80AMN0KV-5 Motorola Micom 2E Digital HF-SSB Radio with Embedded ALE (Deask Mount), or equal. 3EA; Item 1A - S86 Radio Service Software for Item 1, or equal. 3 EA; Item 1B - G157 ALE Software for Item 1, or Equal. 3 EA; Item 1C - S135 Digital Noise Blanker for Item 1, or equal. 3 EA; Item 1D - S71 Delete Palm Microphone from Item 1, or equal. 3 EA; Item 2 - FMN1614 ADD: Desk Microphone for Item 1, or equal. 3 EA; Item 3 - S947 Computer Interface Kit for Item 1, or equal. 3 EA; Item 4 - F2369 AC Power Supply for Item 1, or equal. 3 EA; Item 5 - FLN2294 Continuous Duty Tray for Item 1, or equal. 3 EA; Item 6 - FDN6135 Messenger E-Mail Kit (9600 bps) for Item 1, or equal. (Consists of Modem and Software). 3 EA; Item 7 - FAA5517 Fanlite Broadband NVIS Antenna for Item 1, or equal. 3 EA; Item 8 - FKN4615 59 Meter Antenna Coax Kit for Items 1 and 7, or equal. 3 EA; and Item 9 - Training, Installation Supervision and System Optimization of the above system in Bogota and two remote sites in Colombia.
