- Description
- This is a notice of intent to issue RFQ EA133E-02-RQ-0107 on a sole source basis under statutory authority 41 USC 253 (c)(1), Only one responsible source, to Vertex RSI., 1219 Digital Drive, Richardson, TX 75081. Contractor shall provide Antenna Control Unit Upgrades to Vertex/RSI supplied drive systems. The antennas are located at the NOAA, NESDIS, CDA Station, 35663 Chincoteague Road, Wallops, VA. Contractor shall provide complete new ACU including LCD baseline ACU, Digital-Synchro Interface Boards, CCU Interface Board, IRIG-B Time Interface, Ethernet-TCP/IP. Contractor shall also provide upgrade existing units to new ACU: New baseline ACU (Add-in board from old ACU's will be re-used), digital-synchro interface board, CCU Interface Boards, IRIG-B Time Interface and Ethernet-TCP/IP. The delivery date shall be no later than 90 days after receipt of award. See Note 22.
