- Description
- The Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California has a requirement for a commercial acquisition. The solicitation number for this acquisition is F04700-02-T-5077. The purchase order request is to provide the following item: CLIN 00001: (3) each SC-3 Cutter w/cradle and 5.0 stencil CAD software, Ideal Stencil Stock Number 50-300-00900; CLIN 00002: (3) each Heavy duty cutter stand for SC-3, Ideal Stencil Stock Number 50-300-P-0990; CLIN 00003: (3) each Heavy duty polyester roll, Ideal Stencil Stock Number 30-300-13500; CLIN 00004: (3) each OBS-10 Stencil board 20? X 100? roll. The cutter at a minimum should include the following minimum salient characteristics: Windows 98 and 95 compatible. Adjustable character heights from 1/4" to 100 (6mm to 30m), with user defined spacing between characters and lines, font preview, compression, slant, mirror image, etc. Menus include: File, Edit, Layout, Arrange, Cut and Options. Standard tools include: Select, Cut, Measure, Compose, Zoom, Shapes and Graphic Creation. Software adjustable cutter's parameters such as blade offset, downward force and overcut allow cutting of various materials, such as special oil board, Magnetic Vinyl, Ultra-Cut? , sandblast stencils, etc. Ten special fonts (including, Ideal Normal Stencil, Small Character Stencil, Military Stencil, Mil. Std 2161 (AS), Cyrillic, Stencil Symbols, Military Sign, etc.) Sixty-two commonly used sign fonts. Custom fonts available. Digital servo drive motor. Swivel knife with user replaceable 60? micrograin C-2 Carbide Blade. Adjustable force from 1 to 400 grams. Heavy-duty dual roller cradle. Adjustable knife foot Power Supply 90 - 264 Vac, auto sensing, 4766Hz., 80 Watts, Dimensions/Weight: (WxDxH) 38x9x12 inches, 96x23x30cm. Gr.
