Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN NORTH CHARLESTON, SC REQUIREMENTS: The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related use space, consisting of approximately 15,366 rentable square feet. Rentable square feet must yield a maximum of 13,763 BOMA usable square feet and a minimum of 13,362 BOMA usable square feet, available for use by the U.S. Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. LOCATION: The property must be located within or fronting on the following boundaries: North: Alternate 17 and Route 78 through Summerville, east to across the Cooper River to Route 41. East: To Route 41 South into and including Mt. Plesant. South: From MT. Plesand following West along the Intracoastal Waterway and Stono River. West: From the Stono River North at Interstate 526 to Route 61 up to Summerville. REQUIRED: All services, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm. The U.S. Government will need to occupy the space by December 3, 2002. OWNER & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office by April 10, 2002.
