- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 2 to the synopsis SHOWERS AND LOCKER ROOMS. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to DELETE the following and all information relating to Commercial Items: "QUOTERS ARE ENCOUAGED TO USE THE STANDARD FORM SF1449, SOLICITATION/CONTRACT/ORDER FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS FORM, STANDARD FORM 1449 FOUND AT URL.//procure.arc.nasa.gov/Acq/Forms/Index.html TO SUBMIT A QUOTE." "52.212-5 is APPLICABLE AND THE FOLLOWING IDENTIFIED CLAUSES ARE INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. FAR 52.222-21, 52.322-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-37, 52.225, 52.225-3, 52.225-37 AND 52.232-34." ADD THE FOLLOWING FAR 52.213-4 is applicable and the following clauses are incorporated by reference: 52.222-3, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.225-13, 52.233-3, 52.232-1, 52.232-8, 52.232-11, 52.232-25, 52.233-1, 52.244-6, 52.253-1, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-41, 52.223-5, 52.232-34, 52,209-6" The due date for receipt of offers is not extended.
