- Description
- The INS is seeking firms or individuals interested in providing Snow Removal and/or Grounds and Landscape Maintenance Services for the National Firearms Unit, 320 East Chestnut Ave., Altoona, PA 16601. Period of performance will consist of a base period of one year and four (4) possible one-year option periods. Offerors may quote pricing for either service or both services. Quotes will be evaluated for either single or multiple award, as deemed to be in the best interest of the government. Offerors must provide quotes for all years requested in order to be considered fully responsive. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. Solicitation materials should be available for download on 07/26/2002, and quote packages will be due to the Contracting Office by 5:00 pm, 08/09/2002. The distribution of this solicitation will be accomplished primarily through the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The FedBizOpps site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the GSA site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the GSA site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
