- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. F09604-02-Q-00634 is issued as a sole source request for quotation (RFQ) to EPC Labs, Inc. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable to this procurement. The applicable NAICS code is 322121. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The referenced solicitation is for the procurement of 1000 RO of EPC Paper, Item Number/Part Number 801956. Delivery will be on or before 22 November 2002. Place of delivery will be FX2399. Transportation Terms are FOB Origin. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Addenda are not included. Clause 52.212-2 is not applicable. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Addenda are not included. Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are not applicable to the acquisition. Additional contract requirements or terms are determined to be unnecessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
