Description: This solicitation is to provide for removal and disposal of existing deteriorating stone from pillars, sign bases and benches at 4 interpretive sites along the Elkhorn Scenic Byway and replacement with sound stone and mortar. Work shall include haul of material, masonry work and cleanup of individual work sites. The project is located on the Baker Ranger District, on the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, Baker County, Oregon.
