Description

The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Administrative Support Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Atlantic Salmon Unlimited for follow-on research services to assist in domestic and international Atlantic salmon management and research issues. The statutory authority for this action is 41 USC 253(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. Atlantic Salmon Unlimited is a small business that has represented the United States in international salmon management research issues and possesses unique knowledge, capabilities, and historical research data for continuity of operations to meet the needs of the Government. This action is estimated below the simplified acquisition threshold.
