- Description
- The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to negotiate sole source with Nicolet Vascular Inc of Golden, CO for purchase of one VasoGuard Physiologic Diagnostic System for the VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement St., San Francisco CA 94121. This procurement is being conducted in accordance FAR 6.302- only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. SYSTEM INCLUDES: VASOGUARD VASCULAR DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM 115V;Integrated Pentium III processor; Windows 98 operating system;128 Mbyte RAM (minimum); Internal CD/RW Drive; Keyboard with pointing simultaneous inflation arm;8 MHz bi-directional Doppler probe; 4 MHz bi-directional Doppler probe; VasoGuard system software with patient database; Color spectrum analysis package; Four PPG probes (infrared); Four custom PPG clips; Full cuff set: Six 10 cm cuffs; Four 12 cm cuffs; Two 12 cm long cuffs; Two17 cm contoured cuffs; Two transmetatarsal cuffs; Five 2.5cm disposable penile cuffs; Two 1.9 cm digit blood pressure cuffs; One Y-hose digit cuff assembly with two 1.9 cm cuffs; Hewlett-Packard DeskJet "9XX" series color printer (or equivalent); Remote control; One operator's manuals; Ultrasound gel, two 0.25liter bottles; Two-year parts and service warranty; Two-year software upgrades; Custom system cart 2 XR-0075-: 10cm cuffs Nicolet 2 XR-0076-: 12cm cuffs;2 XR-0077-: 12cm cuffs, long; 3-Day on-site operations training by RVT includes 16SVT,CME for all attendees; Installation; Operator Manual. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; NO solicitation package will be available. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
