Description: 1.Architectual Work: 1)Asbestos Abatement(Carpet and Base cove adhesive). 2)Replace south side of wall. 3)Replace steel door with electrical cipher lock system. 3)Install new carpet tile (GFM). 4)Put one way type film on the bulletproof glass window. 5)Repaint ceiling tile. 6)Repaint wall. 2. Electrical work: 1)Replace existing electrical outlets and switch with new. 2)Install new outlet box and empity conduits for telephone and LAN. 3)Replace exist exposed wiring with new recessed wirings. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
