Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire on a sole-source basis through Applix Inc, 289 Turnpike Road, Westboro, MA 01581 the following propitiatory licenses and maintenance/support for the Applix Software: 1. iEnterprise Provider - 16 ea. additional licenses, and maintenance. 2. Helpdesk Application ? Maintenance for one (1) year 3. Bundled Provider ? 5 ea. Maintenance for one (1) year 4. Developers Studio ? 2 ea. Maintenance for one (1) year 5. Detached Server ? 4 ea. Maintenance for one (1) year 6. Developers Studio ? 3 ea. Maintenance for one (1) year 7. Provider ? 117 ea. Maintenance for one (1) year No solicitation document is available. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 p.m., EST. on September 18, 2002. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the licenses and annual maintenance, or functional equivalent, at terms more advantageous to the Government. Requests for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements, and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to Applix Inc.
