Description

The U. S. Department of Agriculture, Region 6, Olympic National Forest, is issuing a Request for Quotation to complete work for Wrights Canyon Road Milepost 0.3, which includes staking, clearing and grubbing, drainage excavation, soil erosion and pollution control, placement of class 3 riprap, installation of 600-mm, 800-mm full circle outlet pipes, pipe elbows and seeding and mulching. This project location is on the Pacific Ranger District near Quinault, WA. Start work date is on or about August 2002, with 56 days to complete this project. This solicitation will be advertised as a Commercial Items Request for Quote in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures and will be 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 234990 with a size standard of $28.5MM. The Davis Bacon Act applies to this solicitation. Solicitation R6-OLY-2-38-O will be available to be downloaded on or about July 30, 2002, with quotes due on or about August 14, 2002. Telephone requests are not honored.
