Description

This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N62766-02-R-9016 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). All incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. This quotation is one-hundred percent (100%) Small Business Set-Aside. Only small business size standard is $6M. The NAICS Code is 56171. Quotation shall include all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation and facilities necessary to perform this service. Quotations shall reflect prices for the Base and Four-Year Option period. The pricing schedule with all contract line items numbers (CLINs) can be located at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. This solicitation is issued for Pest and Rodent Control Services to be performed at various Naval Activities, Guam. Performance of the contract is for 60 months (Base Year plus Four Option Years. The Statement Of Work (SOW) can be located at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, 10 September 2002 at 0900 hours, local time. Please inform the point of contact prior to 10 September 2002 if you plan on attending the site visit. All prospective bidders will meet at the Contracts Office, OICC Bldg. 101, First Floor, prior to proceeding to the site locations. Proposals are due at 1600 hours, local time, on Friday, 20 September 2002. Offers may be submitted to the point of contact identified above.
