- NAICS Code: 811 The Environmental Protection Agency Headquarters Office in Washington DC is contracting this action for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13 for: Conferencing Bridge Maintenance.
