Description

The USDA Forest Service intends to award a Two Phase Design-Built RFP for the design and construction of the cooling system and controls for our Durham, NH Office. This 30,098 square foot building is two-story masonry construction. It has a recently installed two-boiler heating system. The work shall include but not limited to, professional design services, the completion of construction drawings and specs necessary to detail and direct construction, and the execution of all work contained in the approved set of construction documents, to affect a complete and fully operational system. NAICS 235110. Estimated price range: $100,000 - $250,000. Solicitation will be posted to this website: www.eps.gov within 15 days. Those NOT downloading the solicitation from the website need to request for sol in writing and fax to 610-557-4224. This project is not set-aside for small business.
