- NA Note 1. This is a commercial items solicitation being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-08 effec 7-29-2002. This action will result in an FFP pu rchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. NAICS code is 235710, $12.0M. All offers must be accompanied by descriptive literature to include illustrations and/or photos of products being offered and technical data. FOB term is destination. Due to anticipated high transportation cost and dedicated administrative effort, priority will be given to contractors located on the island of Oahu. However all responsible firms may submit offers.
