- NA Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, Washington intends to establish a firm fixed price contract award that will provide for Microkeratome System Features and Salient Characteristics within Department of Ophthalmology, with the capability to design for cut ting a precise corneal disc of preselected thickness and diameter. This device is intended for use in performing lamellar corneal resections. Request for Quotation is for commercial items and is being processed in accordance with the format in Subpart 12. 6. It is being issued as an RFQ using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in Subpart 13. The solicitation number is DADA13-02-T-0074; the NAICS code is 421460 with a size standard 100 employees. Copies of the RFQ shall on FedBizOpps websi te:www.eps.gov.
