Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Government intends to award, an order to suggested source Stancil Corporation for the following items: Item 0001, Audio Mini 24 CH - Dual DVD will be used to record radio and telephone transmission, Item 0002, Installation & training two locations, Item 0003, Remote client playback liscense. This synopsis incorporates some of the provisions and clauses at FAR 52.213-4 Terms and Conditions - Simplified Acquisitions. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) may be accessed at: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. No "Hard Copy" of RFQ will be available. Interested parties may fax quotations to (619) 553-1062 or send via email to Purchasing Agent, Richard Madison, madisonr@spawar.navy.mil. Questions regarding this synopsis should be directed to Purchasing Agent via email. Quotations must be received be received on or before COB on the closing date stated above. Numbered Note 22 applies; however all offers received within 15 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of original synopsis will be considered by the Government. Note: 4 Also applies. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220 and Size Standard is 750 employees. Offerors must complete and submit with their quote, a copy of FAR 52.219-1 Alt I/II, Small Business Program Representation. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required for all contractors doing business with DOD. Information to register to CCR can be found at http://www.ccr.gov/. This solicitation is also posted at SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego's E-Commerce Central website at: https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil/.
