Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment (unless otherwise specfied) to provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services to including mowing, pruning trees, snow removal, and maintain irrigation systems for over 18,000 acres. Performance period is a 6 month base and up to 4 one-year options. Anticipated basic period is 01 Apr 02 through 31 Sep 02. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS)561730 and the size standard is $5 million. This requirement has been 100% set aside for small business. Solicitation will be issued O/A 04 Jan 2001, utilizing the Governement's Electronic Posting System (EPS). this solictation will be an Internet only solictation.
