Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA intends to solicit for the purchase of one new Drexel Model SLT-30 Forklift for the National Weather Service Office in Kansas City, Missouri. The specifications include but are not limited to: lift capacity of 3,000 lbs.; Triplex Mast design lift height 205"; Collapsed hgt 89"; free lift 69"; Tree Wheel configuration-small chasis; soft Poly Load tires-smooth drive tire; 36 Volt System; solid state hydraulics, GE LX monitoring systems-includes hour meter; battery discharge indicator; warning and diagnostics functions hydrostatic power steering, 20" of shift (includes 3" of reach); 40" long standard taper forks; automatic return to neutral; battery compartments rollers and cover FM listed; Anderson SB350 Connector with manual release; horizontal fork indicator; overhead guard, 48' high load back rest; keyswitch; parking brake; Quartz hr. meter grammar adjustable seat with arm rests; seatbelt; strobe light; back up alarm; fire extinguisher (1 each); 18-100-17 battery 800 amp hr. capacity; Charger 750-H3-18, 3 phase, 8 hour cycle. The Government will request a trade allowance for a 1979 Yale ERC030AA SN: N-348907 Power Flow Battery Chloride Charger. All contractors interested in receiving a copy of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall submit a request in writing to the attention of Jackie Shewmaker. An RFQ will be available immediately. Facsimile requests will be accepted at (816) 426-7530. This purchase will be made under the guidelines of FAR, part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS Code is 333999.
