Description: The Food and Drug Administration, Center for Veterinary Medicine intends to award on a sole source basis to Hawaii Biotech, Inc. Aiea, HI for TTX Immunoassay kits. These kits are needed to perform assays for the screening of tetrodotoxin. This award will be done using the Simplified Acquisition procedures. A solicitation document is not available. The following FAR Clauses shall apply to this solicitation 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 52.213-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and 52.232-33 Electronic Funds Transfers.
