- Description
- The following technical information is provided. This information is in addition to the initial solicitation which incorporated the line items, evaluation factors (best value procurement) and applicable clauses. To arrange a site visit, please contact CWO Jeff Grantham at (207)244-4240. Contractor shall provide all services including, equipment, transportation and materials necessary to install a CCTV system that wil provide coverage of the perimeter of the Coast Guard Facility located at Clark Point Road, Southwest Harbor, ME. The system is to provide viewing via (8) outdoor, pan, tilt, and zoom dome cameras (minimum), and (1) outdoor fixed camera. A 24-hour "real time" time lapsed recorder shall be installed. Relocate the existing door camera located outside the door to the OPCEN, and install a 9 inch CCTV monitor in the OPCEN. There shall be (2)viewing stations with full PTZ control. One is to be located within the COMCEN and the other is to be located on the quarterdeck. The time-lapse recorder shall be located in the COMCEN. All wiring shall be run in conduit and in accordance with the NEC. The system shall be wired into the emergency power system and be able to operate during power failures. SUBMITTALS: Manufacturer product specification indicating conformance to the specifications herein and other federal CCTV specifications. Provide submittal to Group Engineering Officer for his approval prior to ordering materials. Nothing contained in this specification shall release the contractor from implementing programs and procedures that comply with the requirements of all applicable Federal, State, OSHA, EPA standards and regulations. Contractor shall notify the Group Engineering Officer upon completion of work. The Contracting Officer shall consider the contract complete upon acceptance. Product Information: At a minimum the equipment shall be equal to or exceed the following: CCTV 21 inch color monitor with 450 lines of resolution; custom rack mount for monitor and controls with room for VCR; perimeter cameras shall be PTZ dome color cameras with outdoor pendant; fixed camera shall be high resolution, color camera, varifocal lens with back light compensation with an environmental camera housing with heater and defroster; time lapsed video recorder with high density and capable of 2-30 hours of recording; 9 inch CCTV monitor with 1000 lines of resolution with mount bracket; all controlling equipment, multiplexers and other sundry equipment and materials shall be compatible with each other.
