- Description
- The 347 Contracting Squadron/MSCB is seeking sources to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for maintenance and support of Hospital Telephone Appointment System. Maintenance and support agreement is required for the Hospital Telephone Appointment System (HTAS) on eOn Communications Products, Digital Speech WIN Series Voice Mail/Auto Attendant. Service is required 24 hours ad day, seven days a week for telephone support. Moves, additions and changes to the HTAS system will include application script changes not requiring an on-site representative. On-site follow-up retraining and consulting is not to exceed 16 man hours per trip. Payment will be made via the VISA Government Purchase Card (GPC). Interested offers should provide a price for monthly services effective 1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03 electronically or via fax (229) 257-4032 by 12 Sep 02.
