Description
NA The contractor shall provide all personnel and materials required to provide the following training: Basic Coding Training - to include ICD-9-CM, CPT-4, E&M Coding, and HCPCS. The training will include all body systems. The contractor will provide three consecutive one (1) week training sessions. The focus will be Outpatient with exposure to In-Patient . Each session will provide training for 25 - 30 students. Intermediate Training - to include ICD-9-CM, CPT-4, E&M Coding, and HCPCS. The training will include all body systems. The contractor will provide three consecutive one (1) week training sessions. The focus will be Outpatient with exposure to In-Patient . Each session will provide training for 25 - 30 students. Advance Training - - to include ICD-9-CM, CPT-4, E&M Coding, and HCPCS. The training will include all body systems. The contractor will provide three consecutive one (1) week training sessions. The focus will be Outpatient with exposure to In-Patient. Each session will provide training for 25 - 30 students. The contractor will provide all training and testing materials. The contractor will be reimbursed for travel, per diem, and lodging at a rate not to exceed that which is authorized by the Joint Travel Regulations. The students attending the training will not be required to complete any prerequisites prior to attending this training. If college credit will be awarded for the training, the amount of credit and the type of credit hours should be indicated in your proposal as indicating quarter or semester hours. The contractor will provide a detailed course outline for each training session (Basic, Intermediate, and Advance) with their offer. Each student will be provided an official transcript verifying completion of the training or an official Certificate of Completion. The place of performance will be Landstuhl Regional Medical Center's Learning Center, Landstuhl, Germany. The Government will provide the following: Classroom facilities, classroom equipment (laptop, projector, screen, etc). MS Office Suite with Power P oint Presentations capability. The hours of training shall be 0730 - 1630, Monday through Friday. The Government will provide installation passes to authorize access to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center.
