Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), number DLQ020075. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334290. The small business size standard for a concern which submits an offer in its own name, other than on a construction or service contract, but which proposes to furnish a product which it did not itself manufacture, is 750 employees. The contract line number is: Motorola Station Master Type Antenna, Item #1, 163-171 Omni Antenna, Celwave PN #BA1312-3 or Equal, to be delivered as follows: BLM, Lower Snake River District, Attn: Bob Stucker, 3948 Development Avenue, Boise, ID 83705, Quantity 11 Each; BLM, Burley Field Office, Attn: Trenna Butler, 15 East 200 South, Burley, ID 83318, Quantity 8 Each. Item #2, 154-171 Omni Antenna, Celwave PN #BA1010-2 or Equal, to be delivered as follows: BLM, Idaho Falls Field Office, Attn: Glen Riddle, 1405 Hollipark Drive, Idaho Falls, ID 83401, Quantity 9 Each; BLM, Salmon Field Office, Attn: Ray Reynolds, 50 Highway 93 South, Salmon, ID 83467, Quantity 3 Each. Item #3, 160-169 Omni Antenna, Celwave PN #620-6 or Equal, to be delivered as follows: BLM, Lower Snake River District, Attn: Bob Stucker, 3948 Development Avenue, Boise, ID 83705, Quantity 10 Each; BLM, Burley Field Office, Attn: Trenna Butler, 15 East 200 South, Burley, ID 83318, Quantity 10 Each. Item #4, 162-174 Dipole Antenna, Celwave PN #440-2 or Equal, to be delivered as follows: BLM, Salmon Field Office, Attn: Ray Reynolds, 50 Highway 93 South, Salmon, ID 83467, Quantity 1 Each. F.O.B. point is Destination. The required delivery date is October 30, 2002. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial is applicable. The provision at 52,212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items is applicable, and the following shall be included in paragraph (a) of this provision. Quotes will be evaluated on past performance and price both of equal importance. Past performance will be based on the Contracting Officer's knowledge, contacting provided references, and other reasonable sources. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, is applicable.
