Description: Naval Hospital Jacksonville FL has a requirement for the procurement of an electric surgical table, AMSCO 3085 SP (or your equivelant to) w/obese patient package, and basic accessory package. Complete requirement information can be obtained by requesting a copy of the RFQ from Naval Hospital Jacksonville's Purchasing Division. Requests for the RFQ shall be accepted by phone (904/542-7715 X 104 or X 105), fax (904/542-7728), or e-mail (clbianchi@sar.med.navy.mil). Bids will be accepted by fax, e-mail, or hard copy no later than close of business (4:30p.m.) on September 16, 2002.
